Tsarapi kvevri, Chigogidze, amber dry wine
 Tsarapi wine is made using the traditional method according to the "Qvevri" technology from the Rkatsiteli grape variety grown in Kakheti, in the local controlled micro-zone Kardenakhi.
 Light amber wine has a pronounced aroma of bitter spices and nuts, which is accompanied by sweet tones of overripe yellow fruits. Wine-tasting, but softened by tannins formed during aging in oak barrels.
 It goes well with boiled meats and mature cheeses.
