Saperavi, Papari Veli, Chacha
 Papari Valley is a family-owned winery that produces excellent Georgian wines and the best chacha!  Chacha Saperavi is a classic Georgian chacha made from Saperavi grapes. Chacha in the Papari Valley is distilled according to the traditional Kakhetian method, where only the remnants of the wine-making process are used. They do not crush the grapes so that the wine does not mix with the coarse juice. Thus, chacha expresses the character of the grape variety. They do not add wine to increase volume, nor sugar or water to regulate alcohol levels and quantity. What's more, they don't mix different grapes or wines.
