 Orgo produces wines using 8000 years of traditional Georgian technology in Qvevri. The vineyards of the Dakishvili family are at least 50 years old. Making wines from old vines in Georgia is a rare and difficult process. Fermentation and aging is carried out in qvevri. Intense dark ruby color with aromas of prunes, blueberries, light shades of dried tobacco leaves, cherry liqueur, mahogany. Delicate tannins create the perfect combination of softness and astringency. Long aftertaste.
