 The wine has a light straw color with a persistent mousse. The aroma is bright and fresh, showing hints of flowers, pear and grapefruit. The taste is creamy, fresh, structured and slightly sour with a long dry aftertaste. 
 Perfect as an aperitif or light snacks.
