Kvareli, Koncho, dry red wine
 The wine is rich in ripe rounded phenols, despite the high alcohol content, the wine is pleasant to drink, has a high aging potential, and when stored in bottles (aging) the wine becomes spicier and reveals the best qualities of the Saperavi variety. The aroma of the wine is complexly dominated by tones of wild berries, dried black plum and well-defined black currant, filled with tones of soft vanilla and cloves.  The taste of the wine is pleasant, full and full.  The wine is quite strong and complex, while the predominance of wine is obvious, with a less pronounced meal, typical strong food is good for the indicated wine; for example, fried red meat dishes, best with lamb and aged cheese.
