Khikhvi, 2017, Ibero, amber dry wine
 Khikhvi is a rare Georgian grape variety. Khikhvi winery ,, Ibero ,, is fermented in qvevri. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the skin for 6 months. The wine is amber in color. In the aroma characteristics, we can notice the enchanting aromas of walnuts and honey, as well as smells of yellow stone fruits such as apricot and quince. Aromas also appear in the taste, so we can say that the wine is harmonious. The wine has a full body, astringency and tannins. We recommend serving with grilled pork or beef, grilled chicken, cheese.
