Barrik chacha, Marani
 After fermentation, the pomace and the last fraction of the wine pressing undergo double steam distillation in the traditional way. The resulting chacha is then aged in oak barrels for about 6 months before being bottled.

 Taste -  Delicate medium taste with vanilla-oak aftertaste
